History
Incorporated in 1936. In an effort to learn more about CCFD’s history we are looking for any and all information the people of Center City may have regarding the fire department. Old documents, maps, rosters, news stories or anything relating to our history as a department is welcome. We will also be making an effort to store this data digitally for future generations. Donation History…
One of the benefits of being a firefighter is having the ability to give back to the community in the form of donations. Our donation process is reviewed by our Relief Association committee and voted on by our membership. We have been involved with giving. It is our policy to review any and all donation requests. All donations have to be within our school district or coverage area. Our most recent donations consist of an outdoor classroom at Taylors Falls Elementary school, Families that have medical needs, Cystic Fibrosis Rally Ride, The Luvern Peterson memorial scholarship, City of Center City Tax Relief. We also donate to our new equipment fund which is used to purchase all tools that we use as a fire department.
